Turkish Aerospace Women's Day Film
Turkish Aerospace Inc. is one of Turkey’s leading centers for the design, development, and production of aerospace systems.
For International Women’s Day, the company chose to honor its women employees with a campaign that placed them at the forefront. I worked on the art direction of the project, helping shape the visual tone of a short film featuring women from across different departments. This included guiding the color direction and title design so the piece felt unified and respectful of their stories.
The campaign extended into a Gift Kit for employees. I led the illustrator on the enamel pin and tote bag artwork, providing direction for style, concept, and visual tone. I also designed the typography used across the kit and its supporting social assets. The book included in the kit kept its original cover design; we adapted its colors to align with the campaign’s visual identity.
The film aired nationally on TRT and reached a wide audience, earning more than 500K impressions. By spotlighting the women who help build the future of aerospace in Turkey, the campaign strengthened Turkish Aerospace’s Employer Value Proposition, “Aiming Higher with You,” in a way that felt meaningful, celebratory, and visible.
